Biden imposes travel ban against South Africa

This is part of his strategy to combat COVID-19 in the USA.

It’s a sad day for those who had planned a trip to the USA. Joe Biden has announced that a new travel ban against South Africa will be imposed from Saturday as a preventative measure to protect against the spread of COVID-19. The ban comes as a result of the new strain of the virus that has developed in South Africa. Among the list of prohibited countries, 26 European destinations are also listed as banned for travel to and from the USA. Joe Biden has launched the travel bans as part of his strategy to combat the coronavirus in the United States. His predecessor, Donald Trump, did not impose such far-reaching regulations during his time in office.

Survey shows 52% of South Africans don’t want the COVID-19 vaccine

The survey was completed by leading fintech company, CompariSure.

CompariSure recently completed a survey which revealed that 52% of South Africans don’t want the COVID-19 vaccine. This is despite many people across the world that have already received the vaccine with no immediate negative effects. When asked why they do not want the vaccine, most argued that they are concerned about long-term side effects. Others indicated that a possible high cost is what is putting them off. Some said that they are worried about government tracking through the vaccine (a theory which has been debunked previously). In order for the country to achieve successful herd immunity, at least 67% of citizens need to be vaccinated.

The film’s plot is centered around a lone traveller who experiences issues with his car while on his route. When he breaks down near Willy’s Wonderland – a family fun center – he is offered a job to clean the establishment in exchange for repairs on his car. Naturally, Cage’s character agrees to the deal. Judging from the comments on the movie’s trailer on YouTube, some people are very excited for the film while others feel like the world has officially run out of movie ideas.
