Government gazetted the regulations regarding the reopening yesterday.

Finally, more than two weeks after the president’s announcement that cinemas and libraries will be able to reopen, rules have been published setting out the guidelines that these establishments need to follow to once again open their doors. As part of the regulations that were gazetted yesterday, only 50 people (excluding staff) will be allowed in libraries and cinemas for the time being. Libraries will also have to keep their computer and study areas restricted to 30% capacity. According to the rules, children’s areas in public libraries must also remain closed entirely. The regulations advise that people older than 60 should not go to any of these establishments, as they have a higher chance of contracting Covid-19.
