In a bid to increase their commitment to sustainability, PUMA has now dropped a biodegradable collection with Dutch project Living Colour and Swedish design firm Streamateria. The collection is called “Design to Fade” and uses technology from both partners technology from both companies, which include the use of bacteria in dying processes developed by Living Colour and a biodegradable material created by Streamateria in closed loops through manufacturing processes that significantly reduce waste. There are no official products released under this collection yet, however, PUMA will be announcing specific items in the near future.
